13347 12th Ave NE is just across the street from the south end of the Jackson Park Golf Course.  Listing for $399,950, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house has 1,400 square feet.  It’s more down to earth than the other house and blends the inside with the outside terraced garden.  Kitchen has been updated, but the rest of the house looks like it has been well kept to original specs.  Golf anyone?
