Luma broke ground on their condos on First Hill on Monday according to the PSBJ.

Luma joins a short list of other condo buildings currently under construction – Insignia, Solo Lofts and Vik Ballard.

The 168 condos, which are designed to appeal to “creative urban professionals” and empty nesters, will range in size from 600 to 1,700 square feet with prices starting in the mid $300,000s. In addition to studios, one- and two-bedroom units, there will be four top-floor penthouse condos.
Sales are anticipated to start next spring with the project scheduled to be done in the summer of 2016.

Luma was designed by Weber Thompson, will built by Lease Crutcher Lewis, marketed by Red Propeller and sold by McAvoy Real Estate.
