Redfin to Sell Gridiron Condos

Just got word from Redfin that they’ll be the listing agent for the recently announced Gridiron condos in Pioneer Square:

From January to June of 2015, only seven individual home sales occurred in Pioneer Square, despite thousands of people searching Redfin.com for homes in the area during the same time period. We think Gridiron will bring welcomed relief to the housing-starved neighborhood.

Daniels Real Estate is developing Gridiron, which will rise above the century-old Seattle Plumbing Supply building, honoring Pioneer Square’s history as the city’s commercial hub. Pre-sales launch this fall. For more information on Gridiron, visit the Redfin blog.

This is a big win for Redfin’s new construction division (Redfin is also the listing agent for Solo Lofts in Ballard).
