The Seattle Times check in on how the $26m repairs for 2200 are going, Behind the veil, condos repaired. Started in late 2013 they should be complete by March 2016. YIKES.

Interesting to note that the Veer Lofts lawsuit has been settled but for an undisclosed sum,

The 99-unit condo reached a settlement last summer for an undisclosed sum, said HOA treasurer Patricia Shelby, who declined further comment.
