We noticed how quickly a flipped unit at Insignia went pending the other day and decided to dig into resales at Insignia to see how many there were and how they worked out for the sellers.
My takeaway is that flipping hasn’t been super profitable if you figure 8% in transaction costs to sell (ignoring your costs on the purchase).
And here is the units that are active and pending (not many!).
