Concrete & Views at the Plaza Royale

Recently we’ve blogged, and seen, a lot of condo units on Capitol Hill in concrete and steel buildings built in the 70’s (all on Belmont Ave). While we love Capitol Hill, we should be fair to Queen Anne and point out unit 602 at the Plaza Royale.

As you can see it has amazing views, polished concrete floors and a brand new kitchen.

Listed at $989k it is a one of those rare condos in Seattle with 3 bedrooms.

The building it is in, the Plaza Royale, was built in 1970.
