We’ve driven by this Capitol Hill one hundreds of times and would love to own it! Perfect location. But… I don’t have $2.5m handy. But if you do, you should buy it! You’d get a great looking MCM building built in 1951 with 4 units that have been recently updated, plus it is LR3 zoning (4,995 square foot lot), and sounds like if you added a third story you’d get great views.
