MCM fans! An Urban Living reader is selling a beautiful mid-century home in Meadowbrook at 2516 NE 106th Place, that they’ve lovingly restored.

Built in 1959 it is 2,792 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms on a 6,360 square foot lot.

We love the updates, but especially love the outdoor fireplace and if we were buying it we’d ask if they’d sell the furniture to go with it.

The seller says, “we will certainly miss the express buslines to downtown, chef kitchen, new gym space and neighborhood – but it’s onto the next project for us!” We can’t wait to see what their next project is!

Listing provided courtesy of Bonnie Beddall, RE/MAX Metro Realty. Photos were taken by Andrew Webb at Clarity NW.
