1310 E Union Lofts, developed by Dunn + Hobbes, designed by Miller Hull, has long been our favorite condo building in Seattle. So we were super excited to see that loft #201 hit the market today!

Priced at $485k it is on the second floor, facing south. At 633 it feels larger than it is. On nicer days there’s a “garage door” that opens to let the outside in.

What we love about the boutique building, is the concrete and steel construction with prominent earthquake bracing. What we love about the unit is floor-to-ceiling windows, garage door, concrete floors and metal clad ceiling. This unit has had its kitchen upgraded to a European style one.

We actually thought about buying this specific loft back in 2006 and have regretted passing on it! Don’t let this be the one that got away!
