I break our moratorium on covering townhomes to highlight these Dwell Developments ones on the Eastside at 8818 116th Ave NE.

I’m making a blogging exception in this case because I want to call out that we need more “fat” townhomes. These ones are 3,113 square feet, which is definitely large. I don’t think we need em that large in Seattle, maybe just more townhomes in the 2,000+ square foot range that aren’t super skinny. So many of these townhomes you can’t fit a dining room table AND a living room setup.

Anyhow, this listing is for the middle townhome, and as mentioned it is 3,113 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.25 bathrooms. We love that they’re solar ready and electric vehicle charging ready. It is listed for $1.295m.
