Nexus Grand Opening March 18

Nexus, a 382 unit, 41-story condominium high-rise in the Denny Triangle, is breaking ground on March 11th having its public grand opening March 18th at 11am at its new sales center in Belltown. So if you missed the opportunity to reserve a unit last year, this is your chance!

For reservation holders (about 80% of the units are reserved), this weekend they’ll find out final pricing for their unit, get access to the sales center, and have a week to decide if they’re moving forward with converting their $5,000 reservation to a purchase and sale with 5% down. We expect many reservation holders to move forward, but many won’t, so if you missed out, we expect at least a handful, possibly a number of units, to open up for the 11th. Though you’ll need to put 10% down as part of your purchase and sale agreement.
