They don’t build em like they used to!

Is it just me, or do homes like this built in 2010 look better than what they’re building today?

6517 25th Ave NW is a simple 1,960 square foot home with three bedrooms and 2.25 bathrooms on a 3,060 square foot lot.

It is nice that it has some yard and a real laundry room (surprisingly rare to find in a place with this much square footage.)

Priced at $879k, I’m sure we all wish we had bought this new in 2011 for $590k (it sold for below list price!)
