When I first saw 1390 Sturgus Ave S, “the Sturgus Residence”, designed by Ryan Rhodes, online I assumed the photo was distorted. It couldn’t possibly be as skinny as pictured, but if you read the description, it is really just 10′ wide!

Is it the skinniest home on the market? Yes! Is it the skinniest home in Seattle? Close! The Lid Park home by Chris Pardo is less than 10′ wide.

It is listed for $700k.

Update: the skinny Sturgus residence has been picked up by Komo News, Seattle ‘Skinny House’ hits the market for $700K.
