For the past few weeks I’ve been hearing about this conversion at 12th and Olive. First my friend who had been living in an apartment there was unable to renew his lease, then another friend was walking by and stumbled upon their chaotic sales office. Today I decided to check it out and see first [...]

I held off adding the Bagley Lofts because with a May occupancy I didn’t expect any to remain on the market for long but several still appear to be available. If only this were located downtown instead of Wallingford, I’d definitely be interested. 12′ ceilings, wall of windows, concrete floors,…

Thanks for Kristi for emailing me about Urban Terrace, a conversion project in Interbay (mini-golf and a driving range, just down the street! a place to store your fishing trawler just the other way down the street!). So if you’re looking for an affordable one bedroom (prices start in the $200s) this might be the [...]

Today I added three Equity Condo conversions. All seem to be fairly affordable options if you’re looking for your first condo. Fifth Avenue North in uptown Queen Anne: Magnuson Pointe in Sand Point. Sorry, no picture. And 500 Elliott in lower Queen Anne: The condo list has all the details…

They’re releasing a few units for sale now in advance of the pre-sale. They start at $355,000 for a one bed, 682 square feet with no view and go up to $434,000 for [...]

I stumbled across the development site for Harvard and Highland yesterday. It’s just a few blocks from the Belmont Mansion on Capitol Hill. It’s clearly out of my price range as units start at $1,000,000 and range in size from 1670 square feet to 3800 square feet.

Driving down Eastlake today I noticed that I had forgotten to include the Eastlake Lofts, a 18 unit condo project going up at Eastlake and Lynn. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find more more info online other than that they’ll be ready by December 2006, sooner than most projects currently under construction.

Also drove by Domaine today on HWY-99/Aurora. It’s on Queen Anne overlooking Lake Union and is a flats/townhome development. I don’t know much more than that though.

Right beside the Greenlake Gregg’s cycle we spotted Florera Greenlake. I looked it up online and added to the list and map. All they really have online is the following info: 80 units, mix use Green – Targeting LEED certification Occupancy Summer 2007 Driving up to Greenlake today on HWY 99 reminded me just how [...]
