Condos: The Klee

By May 9, 2008

The Klee Overview

Built in 2001, The Klee is a 140-unit condo building in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood near Olympic Sculpture Park and Seattle Center. Designed by Hewitt Architects, the mixed-use development was constructed into two separate towers connected by a glass atrium. The Klee’s six-story wood-frame tower features homes with spacious floorplans and more conventional layouts. The 13-story concrete tower offers loft-style homes with concrete floors, columns and floor-to-ceiling windows. The Klee also offers a variety of live/work lofts, as well. Shared community amenities include a courtyard, media room, fitness center, concierge, homeowners lounge, business center and outdoor barbeque space.
