Deals for the Gallery and Brix auctions were supposed to close by October 27th so I went digging through the King County Property records this week to get the skinny on what closed, and found some surprising results.

There’s some interesting stats in the Brix & Gallery auction press release put out by Schnitzer West’s PR firm:

The average sale price sold at Brix was $326,000

Schnitzer West is also auctioning off 35-40 units at Gallery on September 27th. Minimum bids are 50% of last list prices.
