Built in 1982, Hillclimb Court is a 35-unit condo building in downtown Seattle near Pike Place Market, the central waterfront and Seattle Aquarium. Designed by the award-winning Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen Architects, the building actually links the market with Seattle’s waterfront. The community features a private courtyard and retail pavilion, which create a visual buffer and block noise from traffic. Units feature unique floorplans, large windows and high ceilings.
