When I Google its architects, I find a company called TSA, but clicking them I get &#8220;Not Found.&#8221; I also would vacate the premises if I were the architect of record on this building.</p></blockquote>
<p><a href="http://www5.kingcounty.gov/kcgisreports/property_report.aspx?PIN=0662430000">According to King County records</a> the building, which was built in 2007, still has 4 units unsold. However, only one is on Redfin, <a href="http://www.redfin.com/WA/Seattle/745-Bellevue-Ave-E-98102/unit-305/home/12305308">745 Bellevue Ave #305</a>. $1.195m buys you 3 beds, 2 baths and 1,960 square feet. </p>

<p><b>Bellagio Holiday Price Cuts</b></p>
<p>I guess the Bellagio is finding that no one is visiting their listings because of blurry dark photography and decided to drop their prices, in one case $25,000, instead of hiring a photographer for $125/unit. </p>

<p>Shame on you Urban Pacific Real Estate. </p>
<p><b>Mosler Flips</b></p>
<p>At close to $500/square foot both <a href="http://redfin.com/stingray/do/printable-listing?listing-id=1331852">#314</a> and <a href="http://www.redfin.com/stingray/do/printable-listing?listing-id=1317771">#411</a> are both nice spacious units though there is no view. Note that I find it disingenuous when listing agents include photos of the roof deck view. </p>
<p><b>Bonus Blurb:</b> &#8220;The Seattle Streetcar begins its operations next Wednesday, December 12. Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels will host a ceremony starting at 11:30 a.m. that day and the first Streetcar will embark from the Westlake Hub at 12:12 p.m.&#8221;</p>

<p><b>Press</b></p>
<p>After bumping prices they dropped prices on three units by $5k. The Press is the king of MLS churn.</p>
<p><b>Trace</b></p>
<p>As re-sales have their prices chopped every week Trace is raising the prices on <a href="http://www.redfin.com/stingray/do/printable-listing?listing-id=817114&#038;rc=blg_urbnlivn&#038;utm_source=urbnlivn&#038;utm_medium=blog">#208</a> $5k to $325k and <a href="http://www.redfin.com/stingray/do/printable-listing?listing-id=755328&#038;rc=blg_urbnlivn&#038;utm_source=urbnlivn&#038;utm_medium=blog">#308</a> $5k to $335k. And now that the building is done they should really replace the generic photos with photos of the actual unit. </p>

Here is the <a href="http://static.zooomr.com/images/1129838_f60499a2f4_o.jpg">price sheet</a> they have one unit at $340,000 with the rest in the mid fives and up. As for numbers, 12 sold, 1 contingent, 10 available. After putting my math degree from a prestigious university to work I do not think it is 70% sold as claimed by the banner on the building:</p>
