All have open houses on Sunday. 2832 NW 65th St Neighborhood: Ballard Open House: Sunday, November 9th, 2-4pm Love it or hate it, that front facade is different (if you… Read More

We have a big soft spot for Firehouse #25 on Capitol Hill beside the south Broadway QFC so you can be sure that unit #2 caught our eye this morning! 1,000 square feet for $416k. Last sold for $509k in 2006, they’ll be eating a lot on this sale! They did try and sell it… Read More
Looks like the penthouse at Firehouse #25 finally sold after four years of being on the market off and on. It sold on December 22nd 2010 for $388,500 after first hitting the market for $1.2m in April 2007. The place needs some work but I think this will turn out to be a great buy.
The unit I’ve been lusting after at the Firehouse went to auction yesterday. Sadly I didn’t know about this in advance. But am now curious what it sold for? Rumor has it sold for $735k even though it was last listed on the MLS for $450k.
Everyone I bump into someone looking for a condo on Capitol Hill I tell them to check out unit #12 at 1406 Harvard Ave, also known as Firehouse #25. The reason I’m so quick to recommend it is its screaming value, 2,307 square feet for $425k. Down nearly $200k; it first hit the market for… Read More
Seeing Escala raise the price on unit 2606 $25k to $1,624,000 reminded me that 200 West Highland has also raised prices on a few units; unit 305 was bumped up $100k to $1,150,000, unit 505 was also bumped $100k to $1,150,000, unit 201 was bumped $25k to $1,800,000 though its still down from its first… Read More

Firehouse #12 is back on the market. It’s been off and on for years now. For $1,199,000 you get 2,307 square feet, 1200 bottle wine cellar and a crazy shower. It looks like a nice unit, I’m surprised it has had such a hard time selling. Monique Lofts #306 just hit the market. $295k for… Read More
A few more listings caught my eye tonight… The Braeburn A nicely photographed two story unit at The Braeburn, 1410 E Pine #W404, is 821 square feet and $465,000. I think I like it.
