A month after bringing in a new sales team Harvard and Highland cut prices on two units by about half a million dollars. 1168 Harvard Ave E, Unit 7 was $2,250,000 and is now $1,750,000. 1185 Broadway Ave E, Unit 7 was $2,795,000 and is now $2,350,000. It was originally listed for $3,050,000.

I stumbled across the development site for Harvard and Highland yesterday. It’s just a few blocks from the Belmont Mansion on Capitol Hill. It’s clearly out of my price range as units start at $1,000,000 and range in size from 1670 square feet to 3800 square feet.
