But if you think you live in a better space, invite me over!) It&#8217;s <a href="http://www.redfin.com/WA/Seattle/1505-11th-Ave-98122/unit-401/home/17067940">the south-west penthouse at Monique Lofts</a> and is for sale by a longtime Urbnlivn reader. </p>
<p>I had seen pictures of the place on Flickr a while ago, but it wasn&#8217;t until last summer when we were invited over one afternoon, that it struck me just how awesome the space is. For starters the ceilings are high, 20 feet, its very spacious and it has great views. True loft living. Plus they have roof rights. And the loft has a long colored history that perhaps the seller will share with us in the comments. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Walking by Monique Lofts on Sunday I noticed the mural but was unsure how new it was so I was afraid to blog anything in case it had been up for a year and I just hadn&#8217;t noticed it. </p>

I actually got an email from the agent/owner who is heading to grad school in San Francisco and wanted to spread the word. Look for an open house this weekend. Warning: lacks parking. </p>

<p>They had an unannounced open house today and I stopped  in to see it and it is as nice as it sounds. Amazing kitchen, spacious, spare bedroom and den. Plus it looks like it has never been lived in post-model. The agent showing the place mentioned that HGTV and the Seattle glossy mags were wrangling for stories on the place. It really is that nice. </p>
<p>Will they clear $200,000 on this flip? It&#8217;s narrow, south facing, not much of a view, few windows but impeccably designed. </p>
