I was invited to, but missed, seeing DB2′s new project, the Sylvie, on Capitol Hill last weekend. Fortunately, Megan, their PR person, sent me some photos. Sylvie is a 12 unit project targeting LEED Platinum and Built Green 5-star certification. One of these days I’ll swing by and check it out.
