Michael Klebeck is no longer associated with the Gun Club.
Rumor has it that someone associated with the War Room is looking at the space.
I’ve been really looking forward to a nice little local hang out opening up but I guess we’ll have to settle for a sales center for the foreseeable future.

Last Trace post for awhile, I promise.
Tonight we had the hand off meeting of the HOA from Ted, the developer, and his cronies to the home owners of Trace Lofts. The process, while somewhat agonizingly slow as everyone asked questions, was smooth. We waived the audit, expanded the board to five members and elected four […]

Thirty-five spaces already sold, with new spaces releasing soon. Line up now and move-in mid-May.
And RAFN, Trace contractor, wins an award for Trace Lofts, Bellevue firms win restoration awards.

Last time I talked to Ted, Trace developer, about pricing he was adamant that he was in this for the long haul and that they would not ever lower prices. Imagine my surprise today when they dropped prices on #408 from $495,000 to $475,000 and #509 also from $495,000 to $475,000.
Now I’m not a real […]

Two units, identical floor plans, one on top of the other.
Oddly the higher unit featuring much higher ceilings is $50,000 less than the one below. Though the unit below has a larger balcony.
#404 - $350,000 - $555/sq ft
#504 - $300,000 - $475/sq ft
Is Trace fishing for the floor on $/sq ft for the building? […]

I was wondering why my neighbor stopped parking next to me about three weeks ago. I figured it had to do with my switch from a compact four door car to a hulking SUV. Turns out it really has to do with leaking acid:
Dear Matt,
We have recently been made informed of a potential danger […]

Yesterday evening was the Festive Evening on 12th [pdf] (fine print that’s 12th between Madison and Pike.)
It started off we me getting home and having to ask the black tie, black dress carolers outside our door to move so I could get my bike in.
After changing so I’d fit in with all the […]
