1 Hotel + Residences Going Parking Lot

Word on the street is that the 1 Hotel + Residences hole in the ground at 2nd and Pine is going to be filled in and turned into a parking lot. I stopped by after work and there is definitely still a big hole. It’ll take some work to fill it in.

Seattle PI, Basement of old S.H.
