Newmark Tower Overview

Built in 1991, the Newmark Tower is a 24-story, 192-unit condo tower near Pike Place Market and the Seattle Art Museum in downtown Seattle. The concrete and steel-constructed building was originally built as an apartment building, but was purchased in 1993 by HAL Real Estate Investments and converted to condos.
