Leona and Ruby continued to cut prices this week. Barrientos is the developer for both projects and they’re being marketed and sold by Williams Marketing so it’s not surprising to see them being reduced only a day apart.

Lots and lots of price reductions this week, too many to list, ranging from $20k up to $90k.
For example #409 went from $295,000 to $275,000 making it a reasonable $456/Sq. Ft. On the other extreme, #114 went from $739,990 to $635,000.

1521 Lighting
1521 is starting off their grand opening week by lighting up every unit:
the 38-story Fifteen Twenty-One Second Avenue, the newest addition to Seattle’s skyline, will be lit from top to bottom at approximately 5:30 p.m., Monday, Jan. 26. The lighting will last for approximately one hour.
