Penthouse at the Talisman

Units at the Talisman always seem to be a hit here. They also always seem to be around $200k.

This penthouse unit breaks that trend. It’s a 823 square foot 2 bedroom unit priced at $399,950. Only one floor though. But it has a sky light:

The unit seems to have some history.

Originally it listed back in May of this year for $360k and finally sold in September for $258k. Guess they did a quick remodel?

I know you folks like the Talisman so here’s another unit for you that just came on the market, #309. 535 square feet for $250k.

Looks like they paid attention to detail:

Another unit at Talisman

Everyone was hot on Talisman when a unit came on the market a few weeks ago. Here’s another. This one, #214, is $249,950. However, the interior of this one is definitely not to my taste.

Eastlake Lofts

#201 is new to the market. But a little pricey at $590,000 for 949 square feet. However, it does have a view of the lake:

A cheaper option is #205 which just came back on the market at $484,000 after a hiatus. It was originally listed at $495k it was originally purchased for $459k.

Belltown Lofts

#61 is cheap at $249,000 but lacks character:

Madison Tower

Another pricey unit is on the market. #1800 is 1,980 square feet for $1,935,000. It does have a nice shower:

Updated Talisman Loft Unit

Unit 402 looks to be a nice updated unit at the Talisman building on First Hill. It’s $269,950 for 527 square feet.

And if you’re looking for something even cheaper, funkier but still urbn, check out this $75k houseboat on Lake Union.

36 versus 39. Winner: Cosmo.

Cristalla

There are 5 units available at Cristalla. The most recent to come on the market is a 436 square foot studio at $379,990. Only $872/sq ft. I guess I’ll stop bitching about Trace’s price per square foot. But it does have a $6,000 murphy bed.

$6mil for a Unit at Merrill Court?

917 Harvard Ave E. ‘A first time offering. The developer’s personal residence in National award-winning Merrill Court.’ Only $5,900,000 for 7,135 square feet. Funny thing is I could barely afford the HOA dues at $2,374/month.

Talisman Full Height Loft

Can’t afford Trace and want a real full height loft? Check out 100 Union St #202 for $275,000. It’s only 527 square feet but it’s tall. I think if I bought it I’d do something to to the ceiling so it wasn’t a bland white box.
