<p>You&#8217;d never guess that Millennium Tower, just across the streets from Redfin HQ , would have condos atop of it. Another (there&#8217;s already a few units on the market from $1.2 million to $8 million) just came on the market today for $4.6 million. It last sold in spring of &#8216;07 for $3.9 million. </p>

<p><a href="http://www.redfin.com/WA/Seattle/121-S-Jackson-St-98104/unit-6/home/12108408">Unit 6</a> is back on the market. It went off in September. Oddly the <a rel="nofollow" href="http://www.121jackson.com/Availability.html">121 South Jackson site</a> indicates it as sold. I wonder what happened? Anyhow, it&#8217;s 1,776 square feet, 2 beds, for just under a million. </p>

<p><a href="http://121jackson.com/Availability.html">Prices range</a> from $425,000 for a 646 square foot studio to $1.2 mil for 1776 square feet. Interestingly 5 of the 6 units have showers instead of tubs and they all have their own roof top decks. </p>
<p>If you&#8217;re interested their site says that their grand opening is this Saturday and Sunday from noon to 5pm. </p>
<p>Oddly they have more photos of the unit in the MLS than they do on their own site. And oddly their photos in the MLS don&#8217;t look very professional.</p>
