The Florentine

Unit 512 at the Florentine caught my eye. It’s a shame there aren’t more photos!

The other units in the building aren’t nearly as nice. As someone on Facebook pointed out, you don’t want to be the own nice unit in the building pulling the others up. And Marce pointed out South Holgate to South King Street Viaduct Replacement.

Opal

The Opal has always caught my eye when driving by. Unit #101 just came online but the interiors didn’t catch my eye like the Florentine. It does have a nice big terrace though.

Bagley Lofts

4422 Bagley Ave N #311 – Million dollar penthouse with killer views. Does anyone know what it sold for originally? This building was completed just last year.

The Crawford

1607 Summit Ave #201 – $520k for a 1100 square foot one bedroom. I believe this building recently had water damage and they did extensive work to the interior at the expensive of the original developer so this unit my feel very new even though it is four years old.

Eastlake Lofts

125 E Lynn St #406 – Just reduced $10k to $499k. Only on the market 8 days. Likely never lived in.

526 1st Ave S #425 – $520k. 1440 square foot open concept two bedroom downtown.
