Leona and Ruby continued to cut prices this week. Barrientos is the developer for both projects and they’re being marketed and sold by Williams Marketing so it’s not surprising to see them being reduced only a day apart.

You see that it’s actually been priced at $300k before and that the $429k price is from back in June of ‘08!

For example #409 went from $295,000 to $275,000 making it a reasonable $456/Sq. Ft. On the other extreme, #114 went from $739,990 to $635,000.
