Price Increases at Carbon 56

2015 Terry Ave - Unit 315 - Exterior

Shortly after coming back it is interesting to note that Carbon 56 is increasing prices. Unit 213 was $387,500 and is now $414,000. Unit 315 was $479,500 and is now $512,000. Update Guess they decided those prices were a little steep. #213 is now $399,500 and #315 is now $499,500.
