Price Increases at Carbon 56

Just noticed that prices are increasing at Carbon 56, the apartment building that turned condo building, that kinda turned back into a partial apartment building for a while, at least for four of the remaining five units they have for sale: #216 +$10k #312 +$4k #314 +$4k #316 +$4k

Shortly after coming back it is interesting to note that Carbon 56 is increasing prices. Unit 213 was $387,500 and is now $414,000. Unit 315 was $479,500 and is now $512,000.
