It used to be an Urbnlivn tradition to pick up the Sunday Seattle Times and document the condo ads for all of you who didn’t buy the paper. Curious to see who was still advertising I picked a paper up yesterday only to find no one was advertising. Where have the marketing budgets of Williams [...]

Seattle Sunday Times: No ads!
February 4th, 2008 · View Comments
As transaction volume begins to pick up as we enter the 2008 real estate season I thought I’d contribute to the decline of our forests and pickup a Seattle Sunday Times yesterday to check out the ads. Shockingly the only ad for a Seattle condo was from Escala. What happened to the big spend from [...]

I hadn’t picked up a Sunday Seattle Times in a while and picked one up this weekend. I was surprised to see how few ads there were for downtown condos. There were really on four. Surprisingly big player, Williams Marketing, had no ads. But I have noticed a Google ad or two for Brix and [...]

Seattle Times on health of condo books
May 23rd, 2007 · View Comments
In the Q&A section of the Seattle Times on Sunday, Accountant can judge health of condo books: Q: I’m considering buying a condominium. Who can I go to who can examine the condo association’s finances? If I could hire someone to do this investigating, maybe it could save me from a lot of problems.

It’s been a while since I posted about the ads in the Sunday Seattle Times. Here’s a quick look at who’s advertising. You’ll notice only one Williams Marketing project on the list. Oddly last week the ran ads for Olive 8, Fini, Leona, 5th and Madison, Mosler, Meritage and Eastlake Lofts but this week they [...]

The Pacific Northwest magazine had a length article about downtown living this Sunday, Uptown Downtown: Close to everything and luxe, too, it’s the new condo life. Interestingly they take a look at who these urbanites are: Of those purchasing high-rise condos for more than $500,000, half list themselves as professionals, while nearly 60 percent earn [...]
