Condo building inspections

Earlier this week the Seattle PI Real Estate Blog had a post on, Should you inspect the condo building?:

I was recently chatting with a new friend and she asked if a buyer should have the condo unit AND the building itself inspected prior to purchase. This is a great question I hear a lot. If I were being conservative with regards to liability I would say yes.
