Mosler Lofts – Delays but some openness
I just checked in on the Mosler blog to find out what’s going on there and I’m sorry to read that there are delays at Mosler, Ribbon Cutting for new Closing Dates! Though I think it’s odd to have a party one day and then announce the delays the next.
OK, its a funny post title but it says it all. I went to the ribbon cutting this weekend which was pretty nice. It was a good continental breakfast! The lobby was awesome! I got to see some of you!!!! And my daughter had a great time. :)
Then the next biz day I got the call, three week delay!
Reading these comments it sounds like communication over delays could be improved. It’s as if the marketing and developer teams don’t know that all the owners are now finding each other on the Internet and routing around them.
I do like this post about design openness A Message from the Schuster Group:
Hi Everyone – I’m Dianne Shapard, Director of Interior Design at The Schuster Group.
I hope you’re all excited about your new home – we’re very proud of Mosler Lofts, and we’ve got a fantastic community of people under one roof.
I’ve taken some time to read through the blog, which is an excellent tool for Mosler residents to connect and share stories. I’ve also seen some of the concerns posted by some of you regarding design issues, such as window blinds and finish packages. I want you all to know that I’m here to help address these issues. I would like to ask that buyers with concerns about design elements in their home at Mosler Lofts please contact me directly. This is the best way for us to hear about any concerns that you have.
