Black Friday Specials at The Parc

Just got an email from The Parc announcing big reductions this weekend. No mention of what units are getting the cuts though.

This isn’t too surprising. Every year it seems like as we go into December developers try and move more units. I’ve always wondered if it has to do with year end sales targets or are they just trying to get a few sales in the slowest months of the sales cycle.
