One “Affordable” Unit Left At Leona
Leona has had a busy spring and summer. Erica tells me they’re at 11 closed and 2 pending, one in counter offer and 4 left. One of those five left is unit #8 at $450,000 (originally listed at $650,000). It’s a nearly 1,200 square foot one bedroom unit in a nice building (I toured it last summer).
