#501, a 2 bed, 2 bath, 996 square foot unit sold $429,000 on August 12th.

#617, a 1 bed, 1 bath, 417 square foot unit sold June 15th for $225,000.

#515, a 1 bed, 1 bath, 647 square foot unit sold June 17th for $300,000.
