Last weekend a penthouse at 1521 went pending. This weekend the now only remaining penthouse, there’s three, has had a million dollar price reduction. It is now priced at $4,499,999. At 2,658 that’s $1,693/square foot; yikes! But check out the views and rooftop hot tub:
