Trace Lofts Retail Now Fully Rented

Last week Trace Lofts signed its final lease. In just a few months the ground floor will be fully occupied (and the construction noise will come to an end).

The newest addition is Rex, a hip dog washing studio. It joins Barre3 (yoga + ballet) opening at the end of this month and High 5 Pie.

It is nice to see the street filling up! Though when is Thai Curry Simple going to open in the old Barista Boyz spot? And I wonder when the Undre Arm Apartment demo will begin?
