IREM Forecast Breakfast December 3rd
For the housing market nerds in Seattle, the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is holding their annual forecast breakfast on December 3rd at 7:30 am at the Westin. Here’s who is speaking:
This year’s keynote speaker will be Dr. Arun Raha, Chief Economist and Executive Director of Economic and Revenue Forecast Council for the State of Washington. Dr. Raha will present the state of the economy for the State of Washington and will help us determine where it may be headed in the near future.
Additional speakers and panelists include: Randy Daniels, the Northwest Regional Executive for Bank of America, North America’s Commercial Real Estate Group; Douglas Howe, Founder and President of Touchstone Corporation; and William “Bill” R. Pollard who is the Founding Principal of Talon Private Capital, LLC. The panel moderator will be a veteran IREM Forecast Breakfast panelist, Matthew Gardner, Principal at Gardner
Economics.

Seattle, Washington – The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is holding their 25th annual Forecast Breakfast on December 3 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at The Westin, Grand Ballroom, in Seattle, Washington. IREM’s forecast covers sectors of the real estate market including single family housing, multi-family housing, office, industrial and retail. IREM is expecting over 500 attendees, including real estate brokers, developers, owners and contractors.
