New Lakeview Blvd Townhomes

Every morning the first email I read is the one from Redfin with new and updated condos for sale (I also keep an eye on Crystal Mountain, Steven’s Pass and Mount Baker :) ) and sadly there has been nothing too exciting to blog about for what seems like months. I’m sure condo buyers are going crazy too with this, “lack of new inventory.” Hopefully sellers get off the fence sooner than later so we have something to blog about.

In the meantime, two new townhomes on Lakeview Boulevard caught my eye:

Anyone visit them yet? Two drawbacks for me are proximity to I-5 and I prefer to have the living room and kitchen on the top floor to maximize views.
