Open Houses This Weekend
Boy it is nice outside today! This is the sunny weather that makes the locals happy and visitors want to live here — and so might one of these compelling condos from the 107 condos and townhouses that are offering open houses this weekend.
Art Stable (516 Yale Ave N)
A visit to see the two remaining lofts at Art Stable is not your inclement weather back-up plan — it is THE plan for Sunday. Don’t miss your chance to see the unfinished shells that still have the power to blow you away with square footage totaling nearly 2,300 or 4,000 and unique details like this huge picture window that you crank open (it’s so cool we even took a video of the freight door crankin’ in the back). It’s not enough to read about the developer, Point 32, on Curbed Seattle. Go see their work.
The Opal (1605 E Pike St #203)
Yeah, Urban Living has profiled this place before but that’s only because we like the interiors of this 2-bedroom loft-style condo at the Opal so very much. This Capitol Hill condo just dropped in price by $25K to $575K.
West Queen Anne School (1401 5th Ave W #106)
The lunchroom at West Queen Anne School just listed this week. The lunchroom! Looks to be an interesting open 1-bedroom layout of its nearly 1,200 square feet complete with garden patio. Last purchased for $150K in 1992, it is now listed for $425K (which may seem like a lot until I remind you that it asks a lower price per square foot than the other two units in this building that Urban Living has profiled in the recent past).
