Interesting Sales Last Week
25 condos and townhouses sold last week in Seattle. In new construction condos, the “Sold” meters ticked up by one at Trace North (#401) and Harvard and Highland (#6), while Olive 8 closed on two (#3004 and #2907).
And then there were these notable sales:
On the north end of Capitol Hill, this 3 bedroom, 2.75 bath condo finally sold for $718K. Many, many price reductions brought this 2,000+ square foot condo from its $1.5M price tag in 2009 to its final selling price. Fireplace in the bathroom a tough sell? Maybe.
Last purchased in 2007 for $660K, a 1-bedroom at Cristalla just closed for $355K. Here’s the shocker: it was listed for $299K on Mar 29 and went pending the very next day. Priced to sell? Definitely.
This loft-style 2-bedroom Pb Elemental near the Mount Baker Light Rail Station closed last week for $230K ($20K less than its last list price). Wondering if the other unit is still available? It’s not — Unit B went pending about the same time as Unit A.
