The Station’s Grand Opening, Free iPad with Lease
This Thursday, July 28, is the Grand Opening Celebration for The Station at Othello Park, a 351-unit apartment building that is steps from the Othello Station and a 20 minute light rail ride from Downtown Seattle.
From the invitation:
Join us in our courtyard and on the rooftop deck on July 28th from 4-7:30pm for live music featuring a steel drum band, international food, refreshments, live broadcast on-site by STAR 101.5 FM and tours of our model units and amenities. The festivities will include amazing giveaways and incentives…you won’t want to miss it!
We’re currently offering move-in specials: 1.5 months FREE rent with a one year lease and $300 ORCA card for tenants that don’t have a vehicle. Better yet…if you lease an apartment for the first time at the event on July 28th, we will GIVE you an iPad, flat screen TV or $400 Visa gift card!

Urban Living toured the development back in early May when completed apartments from Phase 1 were being offered for lease. The rooftop deck wasn’t yet complete when we visited, so if you go – let us know how it turned out!
7/29 Update: Curbed Seattle has rent-detected the rental rates for you at the Station.
