Interesting Sales Last Week

In the past week, there were only 14 closed sales in condos and townhouses across Seattle which is a pretty far cry from the 40 of the previous week. Worth noting is a resale in the Harvard Belmont District and a resale at Trace North in the Pike/Pine.

A 5th floor condo at Trace North sold relatively quickly for $22K less than it was purchased for about a year ago. Listed on July 20 for $415K, the 2-bedroom, 1.75 bath condo was under contract in less than a month and then closed last week for $407K. It garnered $419 per square foot which is on par with the average $/sf of the 16 units that have sold in the past six months in Trace North.
