Interesting Sales Last Week

It is slightly later in the day than I usually query for last week’s sales but I’ll do it anyway: 27 condos and townhouses sold in Seattle. Escala represented yet again for new construction condos by selling a 1 bedroom (#1409 for 426K), and then there were a few notable resales.

530 Broadway Ave #126

This 1-bedroom, 1.5 bath unit at Brix was only listed mid-December with an asking price of $310K. Street level, two stories, and 747 square feet and was just sold for $300K.

319 Summit Ave E #203

A 2-bedroom, 1.75 bath condo in the boutique condo building, three19, was listed for $375K in early November and sold last week for $350K. The second floor unit offered 876 square feet and drew a price of $399/sf.

2324 1st Ave #510 

At the beginning of the year, Urban Living took note of the new price of $170K for this tiny Austin Bell condo in Belltown. Within a couple weeks of the price drop the 419 sf studio was pending and sold last week for a final price of $150K.
