Last August someone bought unit 600 at Art Stable, the Kundig designed building in South Lake Union, for $1,565,000. Today it hit the market, still as a shell, at $1.3m. Ouch! While someone got in over their heads, you can get a good deal.

We toured the building about a year ago, here’s our photos and videos.
