1200 Madison Now Coppins Well

Looks like 1200 Madison, the 17-story 237 unit apartment project at 1000 Minor on First Hill has settled on a name, Coppins Well, and launched their site, www.coppinswell.com complete with floorplans. No word on pricing though.

According to their old site, 1200madisonprogress.com, move-ins are to begin in August.
