Big thanks to Lawrence Lofts for advertising with us. Our first ever apartment advertiser.

Here’s an update on how things are going over there:

Renting is going very well. We’re about 30% pre-leased. Move-ins will take place on May 1. There are a few of penthouses left, but all of the radius apartments are gone (those are the curved 2 beds at the front of the building). The $3200 radius penthouse was taken [this past weekend].

Grand opening in May.
