They refitted the unit with ornate casing and managed to salvage some stuff from the old Austin A. Bell building (including part of the rustic staircase). I especially enjoy how the kitchen leads to the balcony, I’d imagine it opens up that space quite a bit. If only they could have salvaged some of that red exposed brick exterior for the corridor, that would have completed the ultimate woodworker’s dream home.
